Player Registrations
When your son or daughter has been offered a place in one of our teams, please complete the following form to allow the club to register your son or daughter.
This information is required for registration with the league in which the team plays, as well as, the FA's player registration system, on which it is compulsory for all players to be registered.
All information will be treated in strictest confidence and deleted after processing in line with our data management policy.
Date of birth information is required as this is the only means to search for players and parents on the FA system. Proof of player's date of birth will be required to complete successful registration. Furthermore, a passport style photo of each player will be required to complete the FA registration process. We will be in touch to request those items.
